Helena is a valued member of the Dualtron team, celebrating 20 years with us in 2023! As a key point of contact for our clients she offers the highest level of customer service and a wealth of product knowledge.
Helena is a pleasure to deal with, always responds to all queries promptly & has a wealth of knowledge on all accounts. Excellent customer service & a great people person. A great asset to the business"

n her spare time Helena can be found pitch side at her children’s football game before she takes to the pitch herself. Helena loves a challenge and at the weekend can be found hiking. In the last few years, she has conquered her fear and taken up sea swimming which she is extremely proud of.

Alan
Tech Support | Supplier Lead
I joined the team over 11 years ago, having previously worked in IBM and Lucent technologies. My initial role with Dualtron was as a Field Service Technician which saw me travel all over Ireland to carry out preventive maintenance
​
Some of my key responsibilities include ensuring parts stock levels are maintained for delivering/commissioning and providing onsite training to our customers. I am also responsible for sharing note sorter software upgrades to the team and I am the first contact for our key suppliers.
​
believe in continuous growth and education and often can be found increasing my product knowledge through training courses in order to achieve multiple qualifications.
​
In my spare time I am a DIY enthusiast and have been known spend the weekends hammer and nails in hand.

Jenny
Accounts Manager
The lovely Jenny celebrated 20 years at Dualtron in 2022. Throughout these past two decades, She has gained extensive experience in accounts, purchasing, sales, and customer services.
Jenny is also the main contact/expert for Versapak products offering support for both our clients and team alike.
In her spare time, she enjoys spending quality time with my family and taking time to travel with her family and enjoying new experiences.

Paul
Sales Executive
" Paul is a fantastic addition to our team, he brings over 5 years experience in our industry and our clients love his ability to match their needs to the right product , we're excited to see Paul's growth with Dualtron"
Paul is the newest member of the Dualtron family. His role as a Sales Exc means he is out and about on the road visiting our clients and demonstrating our products, delivering in person training and much more.
In his spare time Paul enjoys sports including football & hurling .... while he supports Everton we won't hold that against him!

Andrew
Operations Technician
Andrew initially applied to work o Dualtron to take up a temporary position covering for a colleague going on a maternity leave, He had just arrived in Ireland in Poland and immediately impressed everyone and has gone on to become a really important part of our cash handling support team over the last fifteen years.
Andrew has a masters in Physics and has a background in IT Management but it’s his personality, can-do attitude and attention to detail that makes him so popular with our customers and colleagues alike.
Andrew is a family man who enjoys travelling, outdoor activities and photography in his spare time.
Andrew is a very experienced and skilled technician who goes out of his way to ensure our customers get the most from their systems
Darren
Technical Manager

Darrens wife Edel first joined Dualtron soon followed by Darren who was part of a team brought in to assist with a large product. Over twenty years later and Darren is still heading up many of our larger projects here at Dualtron.
Darren is an experienced manager and a mentor who goes above and beyond daily for both our customers and his team. It is our absolute pleasure to work him and we are so delighted he chose to stay and progress his career with us.
Whitney
Service Support Admin
Whitney is key member of our front office team, with her warm and friendly manner, she is the first point of contact and support for our clients and engineers.
In her spare time Whitney is a beauty enthusiast, "I can't get enough of new makeup products and trends and I also love spending my free time working out in the gym each week"
I joined the team this year. I've really enjoyed diving into this new role and contributing my skills and expertise while meeting and talking to customers daily"
