The Innovation process involved bringing together a group of Dualtron employees and external contributors in a Create Session to generate ideas for new products and efficiency improvements. Following this session a selection of ideas were subjected to scrutiny and testing to generate new products, this involved conducting several rounds of customer surveys and meeting new suppliers from around the world.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
